Satisfaction Guaranteed

At PuriJet, our utmost priority is ensuring our customers' satisfaction. If, for any reason, you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase, we welcome returns within 30 days from the order date, guaranteeing a full refund.

RETURNS

To initiate your return, please email us at info@purijet.com.

Our return policy spans 7 days. If more than 7 days have elapsed since your purchase, we generally cannot offer a refund or exchange but if there is an exception, please email us at info@purijet.com.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Upon receiving your return, we will promptly send you a notification email. Following a review, we will inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Should your refund be approved, the amount will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Refunds may require some time before they are officially posted. If, after waiting for 2 weeks, you still haven’t received your refund, kindly contact us at info@purijet.com.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We entertain exchanges within the 7-day window only if the items are received defective or damaged. For an exchange with the same product, please reach out to us at info@purijet.com.

SHIPPING

For product returns, you'll be responsible for bearing the shipping costs. These are non-refundable. However, upon request, we might be able to offer a prepaid return shipping label, deducting its cost from your refund.

Considering the uncertainties associated with shipping, we advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
